Two children from Herndon, Sean, 3, and his sister Emma, 10 months, touch a horse for the first time, compliments of Alina Ampeh of Oakton and member of Virginia Trotters 4H Horse Club during Fairfax County's 71st 4-H Fair and Carnival.
